1. Shipping Timeline: All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that during the months of June and July, orders will be shipped on Fridays and Saturdays due to temporary location change.
2. Shipping Carrier: Currently, all items are shipped via USPS. We do not ship outside the USA at this time.
3. Return Policy: Please be advised that we do not accept returns on cosmetic/skincare items.
4. Responsibility for Shipped Items: Once items are dispatched to the post office, we are not liable for any issues such as delayed delivery dates, or damage that may occur during transit.
5. Damaged Items: In the event that your items arrive damaged or if the package itself is damaged, kindly send us a picture of the damaged items along with your order number to our business email for further assistance.
